Austin Wright, in the county of Grafton in the state of

New Hampshire, for payment of one dollar in consideration.

The document was recorded on May 26, 1876. This document

is accompanied by an autograph letter signed by C. H. Day,

August 31 (1876), in pencil, to Joseph Tenney (??).

Both are in fine, well-preserved condition.
