Antique Flour sifter made in the 1950's and with the Good Housekeeping seal of approval. The brand says Savory Sift-chine, guaranteed satisfactory, made in the USA.
This is old and scratched by age but the double squeeze handle and mechanism still works. There is a little bit of rust and some of the green paint has come off.
