AIWF WIRELESS MICROPHONE RECEIVER WITH HAMMARLUND TUBES 12AX7 For Sale

So from ham radio estate , I could not find anything on it, the tag fell off the front. says AIWF Wireless Microphone Receiver . model 300. I searched and found nothing . untested.
I was curious and took top off, to find Hammarlund tubes inside, one is a 12AX7 by Sylvania.
Had me thinking this was a Hammarlund unit ? in any case, if you know more, please educate me.
