He served as Project and Deputy Managers over multiple key programs including the Hubble Space Telescope receiving multiple Exceptional and Leadership Service Medals with one being for the Lunar Rover Vehicle. This listing is for a 1998 NASA SPACE SHUTTLE DISCOVERY PHASE 1 SHUTTLE-MIR PROGRAM STS-91 with FLOWN FLAG. Certificate is in original frame and has not been removed and is in Excellent overall condition for use and age with only minor age and storage wear.
