1964-65 New York World's Fair OriginalUnispherePlastic Storefront Display Model

measures approximately 15 inches inches tall from base to top and approximately 13.5 inches in diameter with the metal rings
the display model is made of thin plastic (globe), plastic (base), and metal (rings circling the globe)
the base is in the color of New York World's Fair blue and has the raised text: "Unisphere... New York World's Fair 1964-1965... Unisphere presented by United States Steel"
the model is is very good condition and shows some very minor wear and tear, largely from age

there are two small depressions/dents in the thin plastic clear globe on the bottom in the area of two of the blue plastic base supports likely from age (see 10th photo in listing)
the strut connecting the blue plastic base to the thin plastic clear globe is also loose in one of those areas as a result of the slight depression
there is also some discoloration of the blue plastic base on the top left side from age

the model was manufactured by RMS Sales Corp., in East Orange, New Jersey
the model also includes its original cardboard box, which shows extensive wear from age and storage
an extremely unique and rare piece of 1964-65 New York World's Fair history
