This ticket stub was sold by the Engel family at property sale about 15 yrs ago. I have contacted Lookouts prior and current ownership staff, but they also are unable to validate this historic ticket’s exact date. The family handed down the story of the year Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig were struck out by 17 year old Jackie Mitchell to this ticket stub background (see SABR and Lookouts Trivia pages included). Therefore, you are buying with your knowledge of this info.

As per the Lookouts Landing published information (here in photos) 17 year old (female) Jackie’s Mitchell KO’s both Ruth at age 37 and also Lou Gehrig on 3 pitches !! Extensive info of same event is in the 4 page SABR Research pgs. A bit of a gamble, but no doubt, if it can be authenticated and graded, certainly would bring significant $$$ (I do not use PSA).
