Hollywood Glam was a style that will forever be etched into our memories and hearts...one that was branded in the 30's and 40's for a genre of young Hollywood starlets being part of the magazine culture of the time...which today is Instagram and Tik Tok...a way to inspire others through decorating and in a much kinder gentler way than the platforms today!!! Home and Gardens and various other venues showcased the beauty...ease and elitistness of the starlets usually photographed fully made up in their best fashionable dress with a accented apron for good measure. The mags mission was to make starlets like every other housewife...ready with apron to bake a cake at a moments notice...as if the mags just dropped in unexpectedly. Today the aprons have been mostly burned lol and photo shoots of starlets now involve alotta SKIN! Or just in an apron. :)
This offering is for ONE unused remnant of cotton canvas...nice and heavy upholstery weight...a creamy white with gorgeous summer florals that would make the best cottage pillows...tons of great colors...dusty aqua jadeite...deep dark asparagus lime...candy apple red...lavender...deep dark heather purple...red pink...celery...mint with black accents.
