1800s Antique Penobscot Woodland Indian War Club w/ Carved Bird Root Ball For Sale

This late 1800s Native American War Club is about 22 in tall with a 7 in. head. It has an old Patina with a chip carved handle and a bird images on the root head. There are chips on the bark wrapped hilt and natural voids on the root ball head. A well defined bird carving is on one root tip with a subtle bird image on another tip where small nails were added for eyes. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description.
