The cel is a Limited Edition art piece from 1993 and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The cel measures 12 inches in height and 10 inches in width. The Pink Panther is a beloved character in animation, and this cel is a must-have for any fan or collector. The edition was produced by Friz to honor President Bill Clinton who played the saxophone.
