This is a Beautiful Limited Edition FranklinMint Jade Pendant with the Imperial Horse and Bale done in Solid 14kGold. The pendant is in its original box and the papers are not with it,but the following is what they say...

“This is to certify that The Pendant of theImperial Horse was crafted in Jade by Franklin Mint of Hong Kong and bears thesculptured image of the imperial horse in solid 14 karat gold. It is further certified that this pendant wasissued in Limited Edition only, during the year of the horse in the lunarcalendar of the ancient East.
