This is an absolutely stunning pieces of vintage art! The paint on the frame has quite a few cracks due to age - makes me think it’s almost even antique possibly. I do believe it’s just a print and not an actual original painting. There is some cloudiness inside the glass, could be cleaned if you wanted to pull it apart. The hanging wire will need to be replaced, but the nails/screws are in place.
