Offering for sale is a wonderful vintage porcelain covered casserole made by the Hall China Company for Forman Family Inc. It is made of heavy porcelain with quintessential 50s pink glaze. The style is retro with its ribbed dome atomic style lid along with classic MCM lines.

Casserole bowl is 8 3/4 inches diameter and 3 inches tall. The lid sits inside the rim and has a center knob handle and ribbed sides. The height with lid is 5 inches. Weighs close to 4 pounds pre-packaged.

Wear commensurate with age and use. Glaze is worn at the inside edges. Inside bottom has a flea bite along with patches of discoloration which still have glaze, are light reflective and are smooth to touch. No chips, cracks or crazing detected.
