Signed on underside "Tissot #2".Felix Tissot (1909 - 1989) was a French ceramist who worked in the film industry during the early 20th century. He had several exhibits at Gumps Dept. Store in San Francisco and became known for his mid century modern ceramics and furniture designs. In 1956 his arrival in Taxco, Mexico defined his designer career.
