Characters: Cannonball, Cypher, Karma, Magik, Magma, Mirage, Sunspot, Warlock, Wolfsbane; GS: Captain Britain, Psylocke (Betsy Braddock; O; first U.S. appearance), Bratpack; V: Mojo, Spiral; GA: Meggan (first U.S. appearance); OC: Leong and Nga Xui Manh. Script by Chris Claremont, with art and cover by Alan Davis. Notes: This story occurs between New Mutants (1983 1st Series) #44 & #45; Spiral, Mojo and the Bratpack (Butch, Darla and Alfie) appear here following the Longshot limited series; a sequel to this story appears in Uncanny X-Men (1963) Annual #10.
