An original photo by "Dick" Whittington studios of the Frank Wiggins Trade School Food Department in 1935. Nice details & composition, some of the city streets & buildings & vintage cars are in the background. There's a lumber company sign that says they've been in business since 1884 in the background on the right.Some condition issues- including soiling, handwriting, ink marks in the photo & creases - please view listing photos carefully.
