This item is over 100 years old! Bartolo was a development in Los Angeles California that went away in the 1920\'s

Great patina. I don\'t know what kind of metal it is. It looks like brass but is not very heavy, only 8 ounces.

8.5\" inches long x 3.25\" inches tall. Has 4 stars as if maybe it had something to do with a hotel like something that you would see in a formal lobby. Also looks like military stars for a 4 star General. Raised letters. Gold/brass with red trim.

Could potentially be a wall mount Plaque that someone wielded a stand to.
