1. Stock is reserved once confirmed payment is received, so prompt payment is suggested. My store, as well as my other sales avenues,  source items from the same warehouse. The stock levels are updated daily, so the quantity available number is accurate. If we are out of an item, due to an inventory mis-count (Human error) we will attempt to acquire the item from a distrubutor or manufacturerto to fill your order . If we are unable to acquire the item in a timely fashion, we will contact you and offer you a full refund or your permission to back order the item for you. 

All shipments are FOB Origin. In other words once delivered to the freight carrier be it the USPS, UPS, FedX or any other carrier my responsibility ends. At the hand off to the carrier you are now responsible for the shipment. If it is lost or damaged it will be your responsibility to notify the carrier to either help find the shipment and or recover damages from the carrier. If you would like insurance I can add to the final invoice.
