Are your items factory sealed?
Unless explicitly stated, all boxes and cases are guaranteed to be factory sealed and unopened. All of our items are purchased direct from the manufacturer or from trusted sources on the secondary market.
An item I was looking at purchasing recently jumped in price?
The trading card and memorabilia market are not much different than the stock market. Price fluctuations vary greatly depending on sports events, player performance, team performance etc. At all times, we reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of our items to stay in line with the market.
I am unsatisfied with my purchase. Can I return it for a refund?
We will not accept returns on opened boxes, cases or packs of cards. If you have not opened your item and wish to send it back, please consult our Returns and Exchanges section to see if you qualify for a return.
I found a lower price, will you match the price?
We strive to have the most competitive pricing in the market and we want your business. However, we do sometimes have to purchase from secondary sources resulting in higher costs than they were originally. Please contact our sales team with your price match request and we will match and/or beat whenever possible.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, if tax is applicable on your purchase, you'll see this indicated on the listing page and the tax amount will be shown on the checkout page before you pay. All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the time that the order is placed. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped along with the tracking number. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We ship only to confirmed addresses, we will refund any other payments.
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL - Monday thru Friday.
International Customers
We ship to most areas of the world daily! There are some exclusions however. If you see that your country is not listed in the address forms in checkout, please contact us to see how we can get your order place. All International Orders are subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, VAT, etc. These charges are not a part of shipping charges and are collected by your local customs agencies. Refusal to pay these charges results in your order being un-deliverable and will return to sender. We do not refund shipping charges in these instances. If any charges incur in the return process, those charges will be subtracted from your refund. If you order hasn’t arrived in a normal time frame, it is most likely held at your local customs office. You should have been contacted by them to pay duties/import tax. You will need to pick up the package in person with valid identification.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the volatile trading card and rapid fluctuation in price, all sports collectibles and memorabilia sales are final. However, in some cases, we may accept returns if the request is made on the same day of package delivery. All items must have their factory seal intact and be in its original as-sold and as-shipped condition.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can help rectify the situation. Returns that are not due to an error on our part may be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary by item, condition, date, price, etc... Restocking fees range from 10% up to 50%. If you have any questions regarding our restocking fees, please ask!
Damaged Packages
If packages are damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately. In these cases, we will have the damaged shipment returned to us at no cost to the buyer and issue a new package immediately, provided we have more products at our warehouse.
Please do not open the carton and inspect the contents if you suspect damage has been made to the physical items inside. Once an item is open, we cannot accept the return regardless of any damage incurred during transit.
