Here we have a really nice hand-painted screen used animation cell setup from the '90s X-Men animated series. This is a fantastic setup featuring"Madame Masque (Whitney Frost) from the 90s Iron Man cartoon episode "Beauty Knows No Pain."series matching painted background included.. The metal beams and the character were cut from the cel (in the production studio) for display/movement purposes. I have seen this before although it is rare.
