WW II U.S. Unf. Pristine ,Dress Ike Jacket & Great Coat 5PCS One Money For Sale

This is a Wool dress uniform with the famous IKE length jacket, group includes perfect Great Coat. It was my Fathers who was in the Transportation Corps. Part of his duties included loading ships in the ports of Southern London through the relentless bombings of the city. He also was stationed in Portes Head and Bristol where he loaded ships for the D-Day invasion. He was in the hospital in London with a broken arm and the hospital was bombed, he got out without being discharged or harmed further. Later in life while he was in an assisted living facility he gave me a call to come and get him because the hospital was being bombed. All things considered, I am not thrilled with the idea of selling the uniforms and therefore will price the pieces accordingly but fairly. I am going to maintain a lot of his other wartime mementos that mean more to me than the dress uniform.
This uniform is in ridiculously great shape. Clean as can be and ready to be worn for re-enactments etc. The hat is the only piece with moth damage, about six small holes.
The Great Coat is a 36 R as is the Tunic. The pants are 31 waist and 31 inseam. The inseam is an actual 34\" length.
All of the buttons are present and the service ribbons and insignias are perfect.
I would like to sell the pieces as a group but if you would like to break it up lets talk
I don\'t see how it\'s possible to find a group in better shape, the only damage being in the hat.
