Witches Halloween Hat Handmade Orange Felt with self flower Decorator trim For Sale

This is entirely hand-made by Honeysuckle Rose Boutique out of felt with self flowers. It has decorator trim all around brim in shades of beige, off white and orange. A very comfortable hat. It measures 18\" tall with a 4\" brim.
