This listing is for Weekly Shonen Jump 1984 No. 50. Though the 1st chapter of Dragon Ball would be included in the next issue of this magazine, this issue No. 50 included the ad pictured above with a first glimpse of Goku and Bulma. The manga would of course go on to be extremely successful and be adapted into the anime we all love.
It shows some signs of use/age, such as wrinkles and creases (see pictures above of the exact book you will receive), but this is typical for these magazines since they were read rather than viewed as a collectible. I've handled a lot of Japanese manga and can guarantee this is 100% authentic.
