For sale is an extremely RARE vintage WALLACE CHINA ovalserving platter. This platter was produced as part of the Annette HoneywellCalifornia Casual China collection. This piece features an off-white high glossglaze with black and yellow stars applied underglaze to the outside on foursides of the platter. It is made of medium gauge vitrified porcelain and iscoupe shape (no rim). Very mid-century modern. This is stamped \" AnnetteHoneywell California Casual China by Wallace. \" Wallace China operated from1931 to 1959 when it became a subsidiary of Shenango China. In 1964, operationsat the Wallace plant ceased operations and Shenango liquidated the Wallaceplant. This platter is approximately 14 1/4 inches in  length,  10 ¾ inch width 1 ¼ inch height. This bowl isin used condition. The glaze is bright and shiny. There is very light use andutensil marks. This is a fantastic platter and has a lifetime or two left init.
