Vintage S & E Battery Operated Toy Dog With Tin Picnic Basket - Not Working. Made in Japan. The picnic basket holds 2 D cell batteries (NOT INCLUDED) which attached to the dog with a green cord. The dog has a gold collar, two plastic green eyes and black plastic nose. Dog measures 6-1/2\" x 2-1/2\" x 6-1/2\" high. Picnic basket is 2-3/4\" x 3-1/4\" x 1-1/2\" high. Weighs 10 ounces unpackaged.This dog does not work. Fur is in good condition but the metal is showing through on his left front leg and left ear is slightly loose. Vintage Battery compartment is clean (no rust or corrosion). Battery box has nice colors with some paint loss, scuffs and scratches. Being sold \"AS IS\".
