HERE WE HAVE:A vintage (possibly antique) mechanics ribbon! Seems that this was a union / trade council badge for the \"Junior Order\". It was for General Joe Hooker for the council no. 173 in Clinton, antique condition. There is some tarnish and discoloration to the metal pieces. There are stains on the decal pieces, it looks like they are glazed paper on metal? But I\'m not entirely sure. A few frays on the material pieces and two stains on the cream ribbon near the top.Will come as shown, soplease see photos!
