Vintage small Floral Tea Pot Salt and Pepper Shakers Made In Japan:

Both shakers are missing the corks from the bottom. One shaker has a tiny “hole” on the spout. I have examined it closely and believe it was made that way (flaw in production?) and not a chip. Please see pictures.
