Vintage or Antique Japanese or Chinese Cloisonné Dragon table Lamp. Was a vase? For Sale

Excellent Condition, Gift Quality. Super workmanship stunning piece.I know very little about this type of art. So this is my best guess. All the art is raised over the black.It must be hand made. Also the small circle on the top looks like a lid and then made this into a lamp.I think they did a great job with no cracks, or chips such a wonderful piece I love it!This piece sands 12" to the top of the art and 8" wide at the largest part.And stands on a black wood base. The cord looks to be newer and in great shape. Overall this is nearly new in condition.I will ship it insured and well-packed this will truly make any room breathtaking!
