This looks to be in really good shape. Does have some signs of usage as there a few very light spots on the one panel facing out when folded, only like a 12x12 area. Not sure if it is from food, moisture or mold. Does not smell at all. No holes. Looks to have been very well cared for. Is in a light weight plastic zippered tote. Unsure of age.
