This is a very neat piece that is fully intact and has no cracks or repairs. It is for exactly what you see, the base only. It\'s missing the clock insert. It\'s missing the lighted cord and I\'m not sure if it would even work if it was all put together so it\'s being sold as shown. It\'s a copper colored pop metal. Overall it measures 13 in tall by 12 in wide by about 4 in deep. It\'s all metal. This will be shipped via UPS, therefore it cannot be shipped to a PO box.
