Vintage Table Top Bench Corkscrew Very Ornate Barn Find!. I am unsure if this is solid, brass or brass colored metal. All I can offer is that I stuck up magnet to it and it did not stick. It does have scuffs and scratches and discolouration here and there and it is very solid. It's not flimsy at all. There's four screw holes on the bottom to attach to a bench or a table to give it leverage. This piece overall measures 12.5 in long in the mid section where the glass is without the handle. It sits about 5 in tall and with the handle sitting upright. It is about 10.5 in tall. There is no physical damage to it. It is all cosmetic. It can definitely be cleaned up quite a bit. As you move the handle back and forth the corkscrew rotates back and forth. The bottom piece that could attach to a table measures approximately 4.75 in long by 2.5 in wide. Please see all photos.
