Great handmade piece. The base is signed by Billy and has "Flowering Plum" carved into it. This was purchased at an estate sale. There are no signs of any major damage. Some light signs of wear on the end of the bird's tail (see photo #6). Please review and zoom in on all photos so you can judge condition for yourself.
