Crown Perfumery Bottle , vintage with smelling salts (?) inside. 3”

The stopper is a crown which has some debris on it , and the stopper seems to be stuck in the bottle. I did not try too hard to get it out as I don’t want to break it. Also I did not clean stopper overly well as I don’t want to get any moisture inside the bottle.
