If you look at photos 7 and 8 thete is a light spot on the top rim of the creamer. I believe this is a manufacturing defect and not an chip of the glass. This is in otherwise excellent condition. This is a vintage cobalt blue glass creamer with a pattern of cabbage roses called "Sharon." It is an original piece made in the United States during the Depression era. The creamer is a part of a set that includes only the creamer.
