Not working!!

The clock itself is loose and doesn\'t stay in place. The back and arms spin. The clock worked for a little bit when I put a battery in but after about 10 minutes the second hand got \"stuck\" and was just clicking in place.. sold as is NOT WORKING. The clock needs repair. 


The frame is in decent shape some marks and scuffs. The glass is in good shape. Great colors and graphics.
