Vintage, Circa 1950’s, MT Masudaya Tin X-2 Spaceship Friction Rocket For Sale

   Included in this sale is a vintage, probably circa 1950’s, MT Masudaya X-2 Spaceship Friction Toy.  This one was made in Japan and contains Japanese patent number 34501614.  It measures approximately 7 ½” tall by 2 ½” wide x 1 ¾” tall.  Toy Features all tin construction with detailed multi color lithography and friction motor.  At one time, when the friction motor was activated, sparks would illuminate the 4 rear celluloid windows in the tail section. This feature does not work, with a bit of finagling it appears that it could be made to work.  The manufactures information, located on the underside of the rocket, is worn off as a result of usage.  I do not have the original box.  For the most part, item appears to be very good or better.  To determine condition, please refer to accompanying note: I accept Paypal and other forms of payment (Pers.
