Vintage Cigar Box No 30 Factory Seconds Made in Tampa Permit TP 15 - Max 4 cents For Sale

An interesting cigar box, read the bottom of box statement, charging 2.5 cents, but no more than .04 cents. My research indicates this box could date back to the early 1920\'s.
Measures: 9 x 5.5 x 1.5 inches
Condition: In used aged condition, box discolored, dingy color in & out, but no cracks or rips. A piece of tape on inside with no purpose being there...?
