This is vintage powder dish. Made of metal with a lavendar cast. Bronze looking feet. Usually, you see these as music boxes with powder on top...but this is just the powder dish. About 1/2" deep at the top. Measures about 2 3/4" tall and 4" in diameter at the largest point. Some wear to the metal as seen on the lid. Nothing major.
