MEASURES 9\" x 12\"Shows light wear from storage and handling, including typical minor surface marks and scratches. It is straight, not bent or creased out of shape, has no pencil or pen writing, has bright color and is very clean, DVD tested and works no problem, with no major issues at all.
This press set was originally made by The Fordham Company, the original real estate developer for this project, and is a pocket folder presentation that was given to investors and pre-purchase units within the building. It includes the colorful pocket folder, unique DVD interview with the architect Santiago Calatrava, and 5 paper information inserts. I am originally from Chicago and acquired this piece during my tenure in the architecture and engineering fields. If you were to search this item on Worthpoint, all similar sets from years ago like this were once offered by me. This is my very last set to be offered here.
