Vintage 1945 Detroit Tigers World Series Blue Baseball Pennant : vs Chicago Cubs. This is an original pennant from the 1945 World Series between the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago Cubs. This was the last time the Cubs went to the world series up until this 2016 season.This item is in great shape with a few notable exceptions. All the lettering is intact and only has a few cracks in them. There is a hole in the tip of the pennant from where it was hung up. And there is a light stain under the \'O\' in \'World Series\'.
