This is a pinup girl picture printed in the 1940's. Great image of a blond woman at the funhouse and her dress is getting blown up. By famous pinup artistGil Elvgren. Titled "Thar She Blows". Measures 7 1/2 x 9 inches. No tears. Print has a little small sand size imprints but hardly noticeable.
