DETAILS:Found this recently at a large sale of tether cars. The wording from the sale I found it at was \"Correct Motor with Good Compression.\" I know very little about these cars but it came from a very nice collection of tether cars. I believe however it still does have compression as you can feel it when you turn the rear axle. I\'ve taken the extra time to include a video so you can make a good and informed buying decision. The pictures give good detail as to its condition. I also have a Vintage Miniature Racing Cars hardcover book that details tether car history if you would like to view that as well.
