VINTAGE Circa Old 1940\'s Antique JOE DIMAGGIO Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat For Sale

Up for sale is a vintage antique Joe DiMaggio gold facsimile autograph Louisville Slugger model 40 souvenir bat with the beautiful facsimile autographs of one of the all time great Yankees and the Hall of Famer (HOF) and possibly one if the best to ever play the game - JOE DIMAGGIO - 56 game hitting streak still stands to this day). The old 40\'s souvenir bat is in super shape with the darker brown patina and gold foil lettering and facsimile autograph and is in really nice condition and is very clean with tight wood grain and the deeply punched facsimile autograph and the stamped Louisville Slugger Sporting Goods logo stamped into the center of this neat piece of sports memorabilia. This very cool bat is in very nice shape and condition! Please see the several photos for a complete visual description of this wonderful piece of baseball memorabilia. The engraving (autograph) of Joe DiMaggio on the bat end as you might expect. The bat measures 16 inches long and the barrel measures 1 inch wide. The baseball bat is in really nice shape and condition for being probably close to 75 years old - very cool and would be a great addition to any sports collection. He is perhaps best known for his 56-game hitting streak (May 15 – July 16, 1941), a record that still stands.DiMaggio was a three-time MVP winner and an All-Star in each of his 13 seasons. During his tenure with the Yankees, the club won ten American League pennants and nine World Series championships.At the time of his retirement, he ranked fifth in career home runs (361) and sixth in career slugging percentage (.579).
