US WW2 Early M1 Carbine M4 Knife By Kinfolks KI Blued Blade M8 Scabbard Bayonet For Sale

For sale here is a rare US WW2 M1 Carbine Bayonet. The bayonet is complete with US M8 Scabbard by B.M. Co. and belt hooks. The bayonet is made by Kinfolks. The blade retains a needle like point. The blade does show some use, especially towards the tip area, and there is some old pitting to the left side of the blade. Please see the pictures for blade condition. The underside of the crossguard is marked U.S. M4 KI. The top lower portion of the crossguard has the flaming bomb arsenal mark. The pommel is damaged ,can be seen in the pictures. The buttons function perfectly. The stacked leather handle has developed a nice looking dark finish. The handle does have a couple of bruises. The scabbard is a M8 by B.M. Co. The body retains over 95% of its original green finish. The throat has a light gray finish. The back of the scabbard is unmarked. The green canvas frog is in overall excellent condition with some soiling and a lot of the black paint remains on the fittings. The snap is functional, and the steel belt hook is present. The bayonet slides into and out of the scabbard easily and there is some wobble. This is a great bayonet to restore or display.
