This rare flag was flown over the US Capitol on Aug 21, 1991 at the request of the Honorable James T. Walsh, Member of Congress. It was flown for a relative of mine. See pic of included certificate. The flag is 4x6 and nylon with embroidered stars and metal grommets. It\'s in excellent condition and I can say with almost 100% certainty it only was flown outside on that one day in 1991.
