The Silver Rocket is the most popular color in this series with its Metallic Aluminum look. (To me it kind of reminds me of a lead pencil look). The silver ink does not have a high contrast on white paper if that is your expectation. The silver shows up on the darker colors and is widely used by in marking tires forrepair, it not only writes on rubber, it writes on wet rubber. Leathercraftsman use this pen for laying out patterns on dark leather. It is used in scrapbooking and other crafts, by a wide variety of people.

About Fisher Space Pen:

Fisher Space Pen is yet another great breakthrough from space research. No other pen has so much to offer. This pen was designed in 1965 by Paul C. Fisher, for NASA, and with no cost to NASA or our government. Ordinary pens rely on gravity to write. Hold them upside down and they quit.
