1) We Do Not set the shipping rates, the U.S. Post Office does. We use USPS because they usually cost less than other carriers. However, we will gladly explore other shipping options upon request.

2) We do combined shipping. We charge a $.50 Handling fee for one to two items in order to recoup the cost of shipping supplies (bubble wrap, tape, labels, boxes, etc.). We charge $.50 extra for each additional item starting with the third item.

3) If you’re not happy with your item for ANY reason, please send us an message before leaving response, Star ratings or opening an case. We’re humans and as such we occasionally make a mistake.
