If graded, I\'d say this book is a 7.5/8.0 or better. Front cover has a few small spine ticks, light scuff mark near top staple, some other areas of light scuffing, and some light folding and creasing around edges/on corners. Back cover has two small chips in corners of spine (top corner having the larger chip), very small chip in bottom left hand corner, some very light creasing and folding around edges and in corners, slight discoloration/foxing and areas of scuffing. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, some scuffing, discoloration/foxing and some pages have small chips (missing small chunks) in bottom corners (see picture).
