This item was display. The water is a little cloudy. We are unsure, but it looks like the bear inside the water globe is suppose to rotate also but does not. The ring on the bottom does rotate.

The height is approximately 7.5 inches. The length is approximately 6.25 inches. The width is approximately 6 inches.
