VINTAGE SMALLER SIZED NATIVE AMERICAN ARTISAN WILLIE YAZZIE PICTO SIGNED STERLING SILVER HAND STAMPED WILD EYES OR BEAR CLAWS TRIBAL PATTERN BELT BUCKLE— The unusual hallmark image on the back of this belt buckle is the stamp of Native American Willie Yazzie, a world renowned Navajo Silversmith who passed away in 1999. Cut out patterns in sterling silver were emblematic of his artwork, and this smaller buckle features a rare and awesome “Wild Eyes” design……or are they bear claws? We’re not sure. His creations sell for a premium because they rank highly among his peers. This buckle shows some minor natural tarnish mostly on the buckle back. It still looks and works great on a belt. The dimensions are 2” x 1 3/8”, fitting belts up to 1” wide and weighing just under one ounce. Shipping will be USPS ground advantage, insured, and carefully wrapped.
