This is a vintage Star Wars Micro Machines play set from 1995, made by Galoob. The set is based on the ice planet Hoth from Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back movie.

I list it as new because it has never been fully opened and unpacked and played with, as I've shown in the pictures. Apparently, someone removed all of the miniature figures. I'm not sure if anything in the lower right-hand box is missing. You get what you see. The lower bag and instruction sheet are still taped in place. However, the other bag is unopened but not taped down, so I don't know if another bag of items is missing. I unpacked it to clearly show things that are still unpacked.

The box is in bad condition, as I've pointed out in many pictures. It has been taped in more than one location.
